- Our kitchen is based in Melbourne’s Western Suburbs

What flavour are your cookies?

- our cookies have a vanilla base. They are delicious if that’s what you’re asking!

What happens if my cookies arrive damaged?

- please do feel free to send us an email or shoot us a DM on Instagram. While we don’t offer refunds, we will ensure our courier  service is contacted about the incident

What shipping service do you use?

- we use @sendthat.aus to ship our cookies all over Australia. It is a door to door parcel delivery service that uses companies such as Toll, Couriers Please, Star Track etc. to hand deliver parcels Australia wide.

What happens if I’ve accidentally placed my order twice?

- don’t stress! Accidents happen. Please feel free to email us or message us via Instagram and we will organise a refund for you.

How long does shipping take?

- while each order varies, shipping generally takes 1 to 4 business days after it has been picked up from my door. However, This is not guaranteed, please see the shipping section of my terms and conditions for full information.
