- full upfront payment is required on all orders purchased through the website, unless discussed prior and i’ve issued you an invoice for a 50% deposit. i do not offer refunds, once you have paid your order is confirmed. once your payment has been confirmed you are abiding by the following terms and conditions.
- in the event of a required cancellation / lockdown restrictions/change of mind the payment is still non-refundable and you will still receive your order. orders with a deposit paid still must pay any remaining balance and will still be fulfilled in the event of a cancellation / change of mind / lock down restrictions.
- anything that happens to your orders after pick up is not my responsibility. They are now in your hands, please make sure you follow the storage instructions to ensure they are of best quality they can be.
- Cookie shapes and designs may fluctuate slightly depending on circumstances. Dough sometimes spreads in the oven and can misshape cookies. If the misshape affects the overall look of the cookie it will be replaced before decorating. minor defects sometimes occur and will not be replaced if i dont deem necessary (my standards are high).
- please keep in mind that filters, brightness, and colours in the photos may slightly differ from the real life product! please make sure you read the product description of cookies that include sprinkles as sprinkles may vary and are subject to availability. custom orders with embellishments such as sprinkles/glitter/paint may differ slightly from images due to availability. all my colours are hand mixed to best suit your requests/theme colours/inspiration and may differ slightly.
- Many designs are hand painted or hand moulded and may differ from cookie to cookie. like no-two painted artworks would be the same this also applies for my designs. However i will always do my best! Please keep this in mind when ordering.
- I make sure to package my cookies as safely as can be, which includes a lot of bubble wrap (yep , a lot) unfortunately I cannot guarantee all cookies will arrive at their designated destination perfectly intact, I can however promise I will do everything in my power to prevent this from happening. Please note this when purchasing as this is a non-refundable risk you take when placing a shipped order. Shipping delays are also out of my control unfortunately, I do my very best to make sure all orders are shipped out to reach the destination required however cannot guarantee exact dates (although i wish i could!)
- if I email or message you regarding your custom order, if you don’t respond within 24 hours by purchasing you allow me to improvise if need be (don’t worry, i’ll make them look good!).
- My cookies are fragile! please handle with care. I will never send off cookies broken or visibly distressed but once they leave my hands that is your responsibility. Please take care when transporting or handling them. I will not be liable for any damages i did not create.
- please ensure you take a note of our allergens list upon purchasing. we cannot currently cater for gluten-free , dairy-free or vegan diets. our cookies contain many known allergens so keep this in mind when placing your order, I also cannot guarantee my kitchen is free from nuts, gluten, dairy or eggs.
- failure to show up for a pick up within five days of planned pick up date my result in the discardation of your order. this is not something we like to do so please ensure you pick up when you select or you contact us with any issues.
